How do I download my files?

Options for Downloading Your Currently Licensed Files

There are three ways to reach your licensed files. Choose whichever works best for you.

Option 1 Use your download links email

Right after you complete your order, you'll receive an email from info@faithink.com with the subject line "Faith Inkubators: Download Your Licensed Files." It contains download links for every licensed file in your order.

You're welcome to forward this email to your ministry team so they can download the materials too. These links are private to your congregation, so please don't post them on a public website, newsletter, or social media.

Don't see it? Check your Junk or Spam folder. Need it resent? Email info@faithink.com and we'll send it again.

Option 2 Sign in to your Faith Inkubators Store account

You can reach your files anytime through your store account at store.faithink.com. There's no password to remember. We'll email you a one-time access code each time you sign in.

  1. Click Sign In at the top of the store page.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you placed your order. You'll receive a one-time access code by email. Enter it to sign in.
  3. Click your order to view and download your currently licensed files.
Option 3 Use your order confirmation email

Your order confirmation email was sent right after you placed your order, and it includes a quick way to reach your files. Look for the purple button that says Download Files / View Order.

That button takes you to your Order Status page, where you'll find links to all of your currently licensed files.

Good to know

  • Each download is the complete theme set, including every lesson and all of its related resources.
  • The number of downloads for each file is limited. If you run out, email info@faithink.com and we'll reset your count anytime, at no charge.
  • Files are no longer available to download after your license expires.
  • Files arrive in ZIP format:
    • On most up-to-date Windows computers, double-click the ZIP file to open it.
    • On a Mac, double-click the ZIP file and it will extract into a folder automatically.
    • On some older Windows computers, right-click the ZIP file and choose Extract All.
