How do I download my files?

Options for downloading your currently licensed files:

OPTION #1:
Download links are available immediately after purchase

Immediately after purchase, you will be sent an email from info@faithink.com with the subject line: “Faith Inkubators: Download Your Licensed Files”.

Don’t see the email? Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder—just in case!
If you need this email resent, please let us know at info@faithink.com. We will be happy to re-send it.

This email will contain download-links to all of the licensed files from your most recent order. This email can be shared with your team so they can also download the files.

Option #2:
Through your Faith Inkubators Store Account

Start at the Faith Inkubators Store: http://store.faithink.com

 
 

  1. Sign into your Faith Inkubators Store account by clicking the “Sign In” link at the top of the page.

  2. Enter the email address from the original order and that address will be sent a code via email to log into your account.

  3. Once logged in, you will be able to click on your order and download your currently licensed files.

OPTION #3:
THROUGH YOUR INITIAL ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Be sure to save your initial order confirmation email/invoice. After placing your initial order, an alternate way to access your files is to click the purple “DOWNLOAD your files and/or View order status” button in your initial order confirmation email/invoice. This email was sent to you immediately after placing your order.

Important File Download Notes:

  • Each download file is the COMPLETE theme set containing each of the theme set lessons and all of their parts.

  • Files will no longer be available to download after the term of the current license expires.

  • Downloads are compressed into the commonly-used ZIP format. On most up-to-date computer operating systems, you can simply double-click the ZIP folder to access the files. On older Windows computers, you may have to right-click on the downloaded file and select “Extract All” to access the files.
