2026–2027 Bundle License — Terms & Conditions

Available through May 31, 2026

Thank you for purchasing the Faith Inkubators Early Bird Bundle. This Bundle License grants your congregation access to all five Faith Inkubators resources listed below for use in your congregation’s own ministry programs and activities through August 31, 2027. Please retain a copy of this agreement for your records.

RESOURCES COVERED BY THIS BUNDLE LICENSE

This Bundle License covers the following Faith Inkubators resources (collectively, the Licensed Resources):

  • Head to the Heart™ Confirmation — full 2026–2027 annual membership

  • Faith Stepping Stones™ (Cradle to Graduation)

  • Faith Inkubators Lent 2027

  • Faith Inkubators Advent 2026

  • Faith Inkubators Stewardship

All five resources are licensed under the terms of this single Bundle License agreement. Lent, Advent, and Stewardship are included as add-on resources for the 2026–2027 year and are not standalone components of the Head to the Heart™ Confirmation program. The terms of this agreement apply equally to all Licensed Resources unless otherwise specified.

Bundle License Expiration. This Bundle License is in effect at the time of purchase and all five Licensed Resources expire at midnight August 31, 2027, regardless of the date of purchase. This is a limited-time bundle offer available only through May 31, 2026.

BUNDLE LICENSE

Faith Inkubators (the Publisher) grants to the member congregation (the License Holder) the non-exclusive right to use all of the Licensed Resources listed above solely as part of the ministry programs and congregational life of the License Holder throughout the term of this license and subject to the conditions described below. This right is granted to the member congregation and not to any individual or group of individuals within the congregation.

By purchasing or using this Bundle License, the individual doing so represents and warrants that they have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the member congregation and to bind the congregation to its terms.

COOPERATIVE LICENSE ARRANGEMENTS

Faith Inkubators recognizes that some congregations partner with neighboring churches to share ministry resources. A Cooperative License arrangement allows a primary congregation (the License Holder of record) to extend coverage of this Bundle License to a defined group of partner congregations, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Cooperative License arrangement must be established with Faith Inkubators prior to or at the time of purchase. Faith Inkubators must acknowledge the arrangement in writing (email is sufficient).

  • All partner congregations covered by the arrangement must be identified at the time of purchase.

  • All partner congregations are bound by the same terms and conditions as the License Holder of record.

  • The License Holder of record is responsible for ensuring that all partner congregations comply with the terms of this license.

  • Sharing of Licensed Resources with any congregation or organization not included in the acknowledged Cooperative License arrangement remains prohibited.

CUSTOMIZATION OF LICENSED RESOURCES

All Faith Inkubators resources included in this bundle are intentionally designed to be flexible and adaptable. The Publisher encourages License Holders to edit, adapt, and customize the Licensed Resources to fit the needs, culture, and context of their congregation. The following customization uses are authorized under this license:

  • Editing or adapting the text, layout, or content of Licensed Resources — including editable PowerPoint files and PDF files — for use within the License Holder’s own congregational ministry programs.

  • In-house translation of portions of the Licensed Resources into another language for use solely within the License Holder’s own congregational ministry programs during the licensed term, provided such translations are not distributed outside the congregation or used after license expiration.

  • Combining Licensed Resources with other congregation-owned content to create program materials for in-house use.

Content Standards for Customizations. The License Holder is solely responsible for the content of any customizations made to the Licensed Resources. All customizations must comply with applicable federal, state, and local law and must not be defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise offensive or contrary to community standards. Faith Inkubators bears no responsibility or liability for the content of any congregation-produced customizations, adaptations, or translations, and does not review, endorse, or approve customized materials produced by License Holders.

All customized materials remain subject to the terms of this license, including the requirements that they be used only within the congregation, only during the licensed term (except as provided below), and disposed of upon license expiration.

Retained Use of Previously Customized Content. If a License Holder creates customized versions of Licensed Resources during the term of this Bundle License, and subsequently renews their Head to the Heart™ Confirmation Membership License for a following year in which some or all of the original Licensed Resources are no longer included, the License Holder retains the right to continue using their previously customized versions of that content under the following conditions:

  • The customization was created during the active term of this Bundle License.

  • The License Holder is a current, active member in good standing at the time of continued use.

  • The customized content remains in use solely within the License Holder’s own congregation and is not distributed outside the congregation.

  • The retained right applies to the License Holder’s own customized versions only. Original unmodified Licensed Resource files from the bundle may not be reused or retained beyond August 31, 2027.

  • If the License Holder does not renew any Faith Inkubators Membership License after this bundle expires, all customized content must be disposed of in accordance with the Disposal section of this agreement.

USES AUTHORIZED BY THIS BUNDLE LICENSE

“Use” or “Using” means to access, install, download, read, copy, print or otherwise benefit from using the Licensed Resources. The License Holder acknowledges that use of the Licensed Resources requires the use of other hardware and software products and that such hardware and software is the sole responsibility of the License Holder.

Subject to the terms of this license, the Publisher grants the License Holder non-exclusive permission for the following authorized uses of the Licensed Resources:

  • Reproduction and use of printed copies of any Licensed Resource in any ministry program or congregational activity of the License Holder, including but not limited to confirmation, youth ministry, adult education, family faith formation, stewardship campaigns, Lent and Advent worship, and congregational retreats.

  • Download and use of electronic files of any Licensed Resource in any ministry program or congregational activity of the License Holder during the licensed term.

  • Editing, adapting, and customizing the Licensed Resources for in-house use as described in the Customization of Licensed Resources section of this agreement.

  • Sharing of download links for Licensed Resources with leaders, staff, Guides, volunteers, and other team members within the License Holder’s own congregation (or within an acknowledged Cooperative License arrangement) for the purpose of accessing and using the Licensed Resources within the terms of this license.

USES NOT AUTHORIZED BY THIS LICENSE

This license authorizes only the uses described above. All other uses are retained by the Publisher and are subject to separate permission. Examples of such prohibited uses include:

  • Any use of the Licensed Resources, either in print or electronic form, after August 31, 2027, except as provided in the Retained Use of Previously Customized Content section of this agreement.

  • Distribution or sharing of the Licensed Resources with any church, congregation, organization, pastor, church worker or volunteer outside the License Holder’s own congregation, except as covered by an acknowledged Cooperative License arrangement with the Publisher. Any use, copying, reproduction, distribution, transmission, broadcast, display, sale, license, or otherwise use for any purposes outside the License Holder’s own congregational ministry programs.

  • Posting of Licensed Resources or links (URLs) to Licensed Resources for public display on a website or any other public digital platform.

  • Use of any graphics or artwork included in the Licensed Resources, including but not limited to He Qi art, cartoons, FAITH5 logos and icons, apart from the License Holder’s authorized uses described herein.

  • Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Licensed Resources or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Licensed Resources or that enforce limitations on access to and use of the Licensed Resources.

  • Any copying, reproduction or distribution of music and/or electronic audio or video files included in or associated with any of the Licensed Resources.

  • Creating derivative works of the Licensed Resources for distribution, publication, or use beyond the License Holder’s own congregation, including full translations of the Licensed Resources into another language intended for distribution or publication outside the congregation.

  • Preparing of new musical arrangements of copyrighted text or music in the Licensed Resources.

  • Use of any Licensed Resources, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, prompt, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI system or model.

  • Any other use not specifically authorized by this license.

DISPLAY AND DISTRIBUTION OF LICENSED RESOURCES

The posting of Licensed Resources or links (URLs) to Licensed Resources on a public website or any other public digital platform is prohibited.

The License Holder may distribute printable files to participants in the congregation’s ministry programs. The Publisher’s preferred method of distribution of printable files to participants such as church leaders, Guides, parents, families, and congregation members is via PDF email attachments.

The Publisher authorizes the limited, one-week-at-a-time, placement of Licensed Resource digital files on a church website or password-protected digital platform (including but not limited to church management systems, learning management platforms, and congregation apps) only under the condition that file access is password protected and accessible only to members of the License Holder congregation. Restrictions must also be placed on the files so the Licensed Resources cannot be indexed by search engines. (This can easily be restricted by the administrator of the website or platform.)

MUSIC LICENSING

All music included in the Faith Inkubators resources covered by this Bundle License is original music fully licensed by Faith Inkubators from FAITH5, Inc. (www.faith5.org). All recordings and publishing rights are correctly owned. The License Holder’s authorization to use music included in the Licensed Resources is limited strictly to the authorized uses described in this license. Any reproduction, distribution, public performance, or other use of the music beyond those authorized uses — including but not limited to copying audio files, streaming recordings publicly, or creating new arrangements — is prohibited and remains the sole responsibility of the License Holder.

COPYRIGHT CREDIT

All uses of the Licensed Resources must be accompanied by an appropriate statement acknowledging the copyright status. Copyright credit lines for resources and materials covered by this license must follow this format:

“Copyright © Faith Inkubators. All rights reserved.”

This copyright credit line applies to the original Licensed Resources as produced by Faith Inkubators. Its inclusion on congregation-produced materials does not imply that Faith Inkubators has reviewed, approved, or endorsed any customizations, adaptations, or additions made by the License Holder. The License Holder is solely responsible for any content they add to or modify within the Licensed Resources.

ASSIGNMENT OF THIS BUNDLE LICENSE

The rights granted by this license are not transferable to any individual, congregation or organization without written permission from the Publisher, except as covered by an acknowledged Cooperative License arrangement as described in this agreement.

DOWNLOADABLE DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All resources included in this bundle are distributed as digital files via internet download (the Downloadable Products). The following terms and conditions apply to all Downloadable Products.

By using Downloadable Products, the License Holder agrees to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • Credit card will be charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of download.

  • This Bundle License allows the License Holder to download electronic copies of all included Downloadable Product files.

  • Downloadable files are available immediately after purchase.

  • Each Bundle License is allowed ten (10) downloads of each licensed resource set within the dates of the bundle term.

  • Download links may be shared with leaders, staff, Guides, volunteers, and other team members within the License Holder’s own congregation (or within an acknowledged Cooperative License arrangement) for the purpose of accessing Licensed Resources. Download links may not be shared publicly or with any individual or organization outside the License Holder’s congregation.

  • All download URLs (links) for all five resources will expire after August 31, 2027.

  • At the end of the bundle term, any digital files remaining on the License Holder’s computers (church computers or personal computers) may not be used unless the License Holder holds an active Faith Inkubators Membership License covering those resources. (See Disposal of Licensed Resources Upon License Expiration.) Previously customized versions of Licensed Resources may be retained as described in the Customization section of this agreement.

  • The Downloadable Products are provided by the Publisher on an “as is” basis. The Publisher makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Downloadable Products, or the information, content, materials or products included therein.

  • No credit will be given in the event the License Holder does not use any of the included resources or fails to retrieve the Downloadable Product files during the term of the Bundle License.

LICENSED RESOURCES REFUNDS

License Holders will have fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to contact the Publisher about their desire to cancel this Bundle License, stop any use of the Licensed Resources and receive a refund.

Refunds will be granted only upon the receipt of a signed Membership Cancellation Agreement stating that all digital copies of all Licensed Resources have been deleted from all computers and all printed copies have been destroyed.

CANCELLATION OF BUNDLE LICENSE BY LICENSE HOLDER

If the License Holder chooses to cancel this Bundle License, the License Holder must facilitate the DISPOSAL OF LICENSED RESOURCES UPON LICENSE EXPIRATION terms and conditions that are a part of this agreement. The Bundle License is a single agreement covering all five resources and cannot be partially cancelled for individual resources.

TERMINATION OF BUNDLE LICENSE BY FAITH INKUBATORS

Faith Inkubators may terminate this Bundle License at its sole discretion if the License Holder:

  • Does not use the specified copyright acknowledgement credit line.

  • Assigns or shares the Bundle License or Licensed Resources with any individual or organization outside the terms of this license, except as covered by an acknowledged Cooperative License arrangement with the Publisher.

  • Makes and/or distributes unauthorized copies of any of the Licensed Resources.

  • Produces customized materials that violate applicable law or the Content Standards described in the Customization of Licensed Resources section of this agreement.

  • Does not otherwise comply with the terms of this Bundle License.

Before terminating this license for unintentional violations, Faith Inkubators will provide written notice to the License Holder via email identifying the violation. The License Holder will have fifteen (15) days from the date of that notice to cure the violation. If the violation is not cured within that period, Faith Inkubators may proceed with termination. Notice and cure periods do not apply to intentional or repeated violations, or to violations that cannot be remedied.

DISPOSAL OF LICENSED RESOURCES UPON LICENSE EXPIRATION

Upon expiration or termination of this Bundle License, all printed and electronic copies or originals of all Licensed Resources — including any customized versions created under this license — must be deleted and disposed of by the License Holder, except as provided in the Retained Use of Previously Customized Content section of this agreement.

The only exceptions are:

  • Music CDs and video DVDs that have been produced, manufactured and/or distributed by Faith Inkubators. All terms and conditions laid out in this agreement regarding unauthorized use of resources and materials, including but not limited to their reproduction, performance, and so forth, continue to apply.

  • Journals and books that have been purchased by the License Holder from Faith Inkubators. All terms and conditions laid out in this agreement regarding unauthorized use of resources and materials, including but not limited to their reproduction, performance, and so forth, continue to apply.

MEMBER DATA AND PRIVACY

Faith Inkubators collects member information solely for the purpose of administering this Bundle License and providing related program support. Member data — including contact information, congregation details, and purchase records — is used exclusively for internal purposes and is not sold, rented, or shared with any outside entity. Faith Inkubators maintains member data in accordance with reasonable administrative practices and applicable law.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Bundle License, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication before pursuing any legal remedy. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice of the dispute to the other party. The parties will have thirty (30) days from the date of such notice to attempt informal resolution before either party may pursue other available remedies.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If this Bundle License expires or is terminated by either the License Holder or the Publisher, the License Holder agrees to cease use of all Licensed Resources or any component thereof, except as provided in the Retained Use of Previously Customized Content section of this agreement. License Holder understands and agrees that use of any Licensed Resources past the expiration or termination of the license or without payment of the license fee is copyright infringement and a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws. The License Holder further understands and agrees that violation of the terms of this license shows disregard for those organizations that faithfully abide by the terms of the agreement.

DISCLAIMER

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAITH INKUBATORS AND ALL OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INFORMATION PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, CHARGES, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF WHATEVER NATURE AND HOWSOEVER ARISING, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS CAUSED BY A COMPUTER OR ELECTRONIC VIRUS, LOSS OF INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR OTHER LOSSES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER. THIS DISCLAIMER EXPRESSLY INCLUDES ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO CONGREGATION-PRODUCED CUSTOMIZATIONS, ADAPTATIONS, OR TRANSLATIONS OF THE LICENSED RESOURCES.

MINNESOTA SALES TAX

Faith Inkubators is located in Minnesota and is required by Minnesota law to collect sales tax on purchases made by Minnesota congregations unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate (Minnesota Form ST3) is on file at the time of purchase. Most Minnesota churches qualify for this exemption.

If Faith Inkubators does not have a current exemption certificate on file for your congregation, we will contact you after purchase to request one. We are happy to provide assistance in completing this form. If a valid certificate is not received within thirty (30) days of that request, applicable Minnesota sales tax may be assessed and invoiced separately.

If you are a Minnesota congregation — whether you are a new customer or are unsure whether your certificate is currently on file — you are welcome to email a copy of your completed Minnesota Form ST3 to info@faithink.com at any time before or after your purchase. Having your certificate on file ensures uninterrupted tax-exempt status on all future purchases.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America.
